Save the Cheese November 11th

Our next upcoming event is the Save the Cheese event on November 11th. Let us take you on an adventure as we showcase our raw milk hand washed cheese Prairie Tradition through a 5-course wonder. From the first plate to the last dessert each dish will let you experience the many tastes and ways a cheese can be presented.

Bacon Carbonara with fresh pasta and cured smoked egg yolk.

Pear Tartan with Prairie Tradition ice cream and caramel.

A little about Us

Dustin and Rachel

From developing a connection with our farmers we are able to source fresh ingredients from all over our province. We then use many different styles of persevering so we can carry those flavours through our long winters. Our passion for local fair has to lead us to purchase our own farm.

We currently maintain a small number of beehives as well as pigs and an ever-growing garden. We aim to make each dining experience unique and try to customize our menus to fit the mood and atmosphere of every event. our goal is to connect with our clients and work to develop lasting memories. We believe that our food is alive and should always be evolving and changing making each bite a new experience.
